The world has nearly stopped out of fear of contracting the novel coronavirus. But what happens once you know you have it? Mark D. Levine recovered from the disease and took to Twitter to address some of the most frequently asked questions.

 

Mark D. Levine used to be a teacher. Now he's the chairman of the New York City Council's health committee. He also, as it happens, went through COVID-19 himself. Having recovered, he took to social media to ease some of the anxiety felt by people who don't know what to expect. In a thread he answered in simple terms what to expect and how to act.
