Why you should stay active during COVID-19

Orders to stay home whenever possible, schools and nonessential businesses closed and on top of that millions of Americans are now facing financial insecurity. Especially in these challenging times it's important to take care of yourself. You need it!

 

Stuck at home, looking at the overwhelming, grim statistics or listening to further disturbing breaking news – for most Americans it's a different world these days. And not a world we can enjoy, especially with most of our favourite activities being banned. Cinemas, bars, theme parks, in some areas even public parks are closed. Even more, the sole purpose of visiting all them is prohibited: socialising.

 

The same rule applies to gyms, yoga studios and all other businesses that usually allow us to vent stress and keep fit. Finding motivation to remain active may prove challenging, especially if you have kids at home who aren't welcome either at school or at their local playground. But especially now it's important to be in shape, for your own sake.
