Tuesday Morning - The history
Tuesday Morning was launched in 1974 by Lloyd Ross who was at that time working with some of the big-name manufacturers. One day Lloyd came up with the idea of starting his own business in which he could use his current contacts and knowledge. All these great brands had a leftover inventory with which they had nothing to do. Lloyd decided he would buy these goods and sell them on an organized big garage sale in a warehouse in Dallas. And because the sale took place on Tuesday morning that is the name of the company.
Now, Tuesday Morning is a chain of stores offering products at reduced prices in over 700 stores located throughout the United States.
In Tuesday Morning shops you can buy both domestic and international, designer and name-brand products.
However, they focus on closeout home goods.
